This Privacy Policy explains how Govairnment.com ("Govairnment", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. Govairnment is a citizen-to-citizen (C2C) AI governance platform focused on transparent participation and reputation-based contribution.

• Account and profile data: username, display preferences, optional bio, and other profile fields you submit.
• Wallet information: public wallet address and on-chain identifiers used for login, verification, and interactions. We do not collect or store private keys or seed phrases.
• Participation and governance data: proposals, votes, comments, feedback, reputation events, badges, leaderboard stats.
• Usage and technical data: IP address, device/browser info, pages visited, timestamps, analytics counters, error logs.
• AI interaction content: prompts submitted to AI features (Oracle, Senators, Judges) and responses returned.
• Payments and token utility: limited transaction references/status for UX and auditing. Transactions are processed by external providers and/or on-chain networks.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect wallet private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases.
• We do not intentionally collect sensitive government ID numbers.
• We do not sell personal data.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide and operate the platform (accounts, profiles, leaderboards, stats, AI tools).
• Improve security, prevent abuse, and detect manipulation.
• Generate analytics, counters, and reputation computations.
• Support user-facing features (proposals, votes, badges).
• Maintain reliability, debugging, and monitoring.
• Comply with legal obligations where applicable.

5. AI Features and Data Handling

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. Prompts may be stored for histories, moderation, audits, and improvement. Avoid submitting sensitive personal data into AI prompts.

We may use cookies/local storage for sessions, security, and preferences.

7. Third-Party Services

Govairnment may integrate with third-party services (blockchain RPCs, analytics, swap aggregators, AI providers). These services may receive limited info needed to function and operate under their own policies.

8. Public and On-Chain Data

Blockchain activity is public. Wallet addresses and on-chain interactions may be observable by anyone. We cannot delete or modify data stored on public blockchains.

9. Data Retention

We retain data as needed to operate the platform, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and improve services.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and wallet access.

11. Your Choices

• Update your profile information.
• Disconnect your wallet and stop using the platform.
• Request deletion of certain off-chain data where feasible and lawful.
• Control cookies via browser settings.

12. International Users

Your data may be processed in jurisdictions different from your own, with different data protection laws.

13. Children

Govairnment is not intended for users under 18.
